Mark Tickner

An International Master Instructor for The SPINNING® Programme in the UK, Mark is also an elite level triathlete and has represented the Great Britain Age Group finishing 12th. His passion for triathlon is second to none and he is now competing in the Ironman Triathlon which gives him an ideal transitional outlook to coaching within the Spinning Programmes ‘Le Tour de France - Vive le Spinning!’

The International Fitness Forum Convention and Expo

Thank you for supporting the International Fitness Forum 2009.

This year's forum was held in central London at the exclusive home of Chelsea Football Club. The new location with its top class facilities, international presenters and innovative expo meant the event was a must for any industry professional.

The purpose of the Convention is to provide fitness professionals with a great opportunity to build on their knowledge of fitness, but most importantly to enjoy the learning experience.
