Lexie Griffiths

Lexie is an international aerobic presenter, author, company director, keynote speaker and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach. In 1975 she was employed by the British Forces to teach and educate the Army PT Corps and manage a fitness club in their largest garrison in Germany. In 1995 she was appointed developer and spokesperson for the International Reebok Kidz programme.

The International Fitness Forum Convention and Expo

Thank you for supporting the International Fitness Forum 2009.

This year's forum was held in central London at the exclusive home of Chelsea Football Club. The new location with its top class facilities, international presenters and innovative expo meant the event was a must for any industry professional.

The purpose of the Convention is to provide fitness professionals with a great opportunity to build on their knowledge of fitness, but most importantly to enjoy the learning experience.
