Keith Smith

Keith has worked in the fitness industry for 18 years. Starting out as a gym instructor and studio based teacher, progressing on to work with special population groups, as well as personal training.

Over the past 13 years Keith has divided his time between continuing to working in the industry and tutoring and assessing for some of the major UK training providers, as well as working for one of the world’s largest equipment manufacturers to the fitness industry as a trainer and solutions provider.

The International Fitness Forum Convention and Expo

Thank you for supporting the International Fitness Forum 2009.

This year's forum was held in central London at the exclusive home of Chelsea Football Club. The new location with its top class facilities, international presenters and innovative expo meant the event was a must for any industry professional.

The purpose of the Convention is to provide fitness professionals with a great opportunity to build on their knowledge of fitness, but most importantly to enjoy the learning experience.
