Judith Amira

Judith owns a "wealth" of expertise as a STOTT PILATES instructor trainer, and holds a degree in Applied Nutrition, Applied Massage and Sports Massage. Judy was crowned Zimbabwe National Amateur Ballroom Champion and in the late 1990s and was the Zimbabwe National Aerobics Championship gold medal winner.

The International Fitness Forum Convention and Expo

Thank you for supporting the International Fitness Forum 2009.

This year's forum was held in central London at the exclusive home of Chelsea Football Club. The new location with its top class facilities, international presenters and innovative expo meant the event was a must for any industry professional.

The purpose of the Convention is to provide fitness professionals with a great opportunity to build on their knowledge of fitness, but most importantly to enjoy the learning experience.
