John has been in the fitness industry for nine years and is the operations manager at THUMP Boxinga as well as a THUMP Boxing master trainer. During his career he has traveled across the world teaching boxing for fitness classes.

The International Fitness Forum Convention and Expo

Thank you for supporting the International Fitness Forum 2009.

This year's forum was held in central London at the exclusive home of Chelsea Football Club. The new location with its top class facilities, international presenters and innovative expo meant the event was a must for any industry professional.

The purpose of the Convention is to provide fitness professionals with a great opportunity to build on their knowledge of fitness, but most importantly to enjoy the learning experience.
