Agata Pienio

Agata has won LA Fitness' "Fitness Person of the Year" and "Presenter of the Year" awards, along with "The IFS Presenter of the Year 2005". She was also choreographer for the '05 and '06 "Pump It Up" Ministry of Sound fitness DVDs and is currently working on a Master Diploma with the Pilates Institute.

The International Fitness Forum Convention and Expo

Thank you for supporting the International Fitness Forum 2009.

This year's forum was held in central London at the exclusive home of Chelsea Football Club. The new location with its top class facilities, international presenters and innovative expo meant the event was a must for any industry professional.

The purpose of the Convention is to provide fitness professionals with a great opportunity to build on their knowledge of fitness, but most importantly to enjoy the learning experience.
