Multitrax Professional flexible membership scheme will cater to your every whim and need as a
Fitness Professional. Gone are the days where you are tied down to receiving only a certain amount of
CDs, courses and licenses per year. This membership allows
you to receive what you want, when you want it.
How it works
The new memberships are built on a credit system, with CDs, courses, workout DVDs and events all
being worth a certain amount of credits. Your choice of membership will dictate how many credits you receive.
Whether you want more music, training or equipment, it’s up to you when and how you buy.
You simply sign into your online account via the website, where you have instant access of our complete
music catalogue, course dates, equipment and DVD shop. With a few clicks of your mouse you can buy any of the
products or services on offer and their credit value is simply deducted from your credit total. The website
enables you to manage your own account, keep an eye on your purchases, balance and the courses
you have booked onto through our secure members' login area, called "My Kit Bag". In addition, you will be
able to access an array of freebies, interactive content and other downloads.

Q: How is the new membership different to the old structure?
A: The old membership gave you 'allocation' of a number of CD's only and mandatory licences. The new
membership gives you credits instead of allocation and you spend your credits on any product. There is
no longer mandatory licences as part of your membership where your already have a licence. The new
membership also offers better value for money giving you more credits the larger package. New membership
is pro lite, pro 100, pro 250, pro 500 and pro 1000 as opposed to the previous memberships of pro
strarter, pro 6 and pro 12. pro starter, pro 6 and pro 12 match pro 100, pro 250 and pro 500
respectively. They match in price per month and the transfers will be matched accordingly.

Q: What is corporate membership and what are the benefits?
A: Corporate membership is a Pro 1000 membership. This gives you the ability to have numerous elected
individuals under the one membership and can carry over points between people and/or clubs. The great
benefit in corporate membership is the volume of CPD educational opportunities for your staff that are
now part of the membership. These benefits are a great bonus for your staff, help staff retention,
motivation and improve your business by investing in your teams education.

Q: What are credits and how are they used?
A: Credits are a simple way to see how much you are getting for your membership and allows to plan and
spread your purchases easier.

Q: How does the discount system on the membership work?
A: Basically, the more credits you have, the bigger the discount you get. A Pro 1000 member for example
gets more than double the discount of a Pro 100 member. More credits for your money!

Q: What can I get from my membership that I couldn't get before?
A: Previously you could only buy music as part of your membership and everything else had an additional
charge. Now you can buy any product at all with your membership credits; music, DVD's courses,
conventions....anything available for Sale at Multitrax Professional.

Q: How do I get the best value from my membership?
A: The bigger your membership package then the more value you get in terms of discount. Best value can
also be achieved by you having the flexibility to spread your payments over a year and enabling you to
but products and education from your membership. This helps you plan your professional needs and budget
all in 1 go! You can attend Fitness Forum convention for example and not only get a great discount as
you are using discounted credits from your membership but can also spread your payments out over the
entire year.

Q: If I am a current member will I automatically transfer to the new membership?
A: Yes you will. Your remaining allocation will be converted to credits for you to spend how you wish.
This will automatically give you savings and the ability to purchase new products.

Q: What happens to my credits when my membership year ends?
A: They roll over to your next year. Unlike previous memberships you can carry forward points - or use
them all in 1 go! You must however still be an active member to use your credits otherwise you will not
be able to use them when your membership year expires.

Q: Can I purchase music if I am a non member?
A: Yes you can. You just need to have a valid PPL Licence. Our music is £27.50 per CD when joining as a
complimentary pro lite member. Remember, you get much bigger saving though depending on the type of music
that you have.

Q: What is "My Kit Bag?"
A: This is your online account management. It gives our members the ability to manage your account
online. You can check stock availability, check how many credits you have, update your contact details,
make payments online. There is a lot of additional functionality that makes it easier to manage your
account.

Q: If I am not in the UK how can I purchase your products?
A: Go to Multitrax.com and select your territory. It will transfer you to the portal of your most local
company or re sellar. Where there are a number of resellers in 1 country you will be diverted to
Multitrax.net and we will recommend your most local supplier, or you will be diverted directly to the
Multitrax website in your country.

Q: What package is right for me if I am a Personal Trainer?
A: Any package can be right but the best value would be a pro 250 which will give you trax, trax online,
downloads, education and fitness forum convention. Our new video brand - Fitness Forum Live! will allow
you to download and watch workshops from the Fitness Forum convention and the members access will have
workshop downloads directly relating to Personal Training. CDs are available for use as background
music when teaching your clinets or music for motivational sessions, circuit training or indoor cycling.

Q: What package is right for me if I only teach Mind/Body?
A: Again, it really depends on what your objectives are. The memberships are so flexible that if you want
mind/body music releases then they are available from credits. We also have Pilates Institute events that
are also available and the mind body forum stream as part of the convention. All of our publications have
mind body focused features and Fitness Forum Live! will have live workshops available from the convention for
you to download. We also have a vast array of mind body videos including Pilates Institute, Stott, Yoga,
Nia, dance based and mind body fusion.

Q: How can I pay?
A: Memberships can be paid for by monthly payment from your bank. You only need to pay your first month
to join. For product payments you can pay by any credit or debit card or by cheque or postal order. You
can buy online, over the phone or by post.

Q: If I want to go to Fitness Forum and use credits from my membership, can I still pay
monthly?
A: Yes you can. It is a great way to pay over a period of time rather than in 1 go! Your membership
payments must be up to date and you must have been a member for at least 6 months or have enough credit
pro rate before attending.

A: The professional membership is currently for the U.K. only however it will be introduced into some
