Step : (30 minutes) You can choose to do this segment with or without a step. However, using a step increases

basic modifications for the beginner, as well as advanced options for the seasoned stepper. You won’t believe
how time flies with this workout because of Tonya’s fun and creative moves, great cuing, and upbeat music.
Pump : (25 minutes) Burn calories as you tone and sculpt your body from top to bottom, including your abs.
Tonya combines exercises, so you work multiple muscle groups at the same time to get the most effective workout
in the shortest time.
ABS & Core : (4 minutes) This power-packed workout features exercises that target each abdominal region, as
well as the lower back. Tonya offers advances, intermediate, and basic options, so you can grow with this
workout. You can also repeat this segment to create a longer routine.
Spiritual Warm-up : (bonus segment) In these spiritual warm-ups, Tonya offers powerful truths from God’s Word
that transform the mind and spirit and help you make a lasting change and stay fit. There are four different
three-minute segments, including emotional and spiritual health, self-discipline, physical health, and hope.
