Robert Sherman Cycle Challenge information
Robert Sherman is a president and owner of F.I.T., Inc., a facility focusing on yoga, personal and athletic
training. Robert is a program developer and Master Trainer for Reebok International Ltd. His 20 years in fitness
has led him to be a much sought after consultant for programming and training for fitness and wellness facilities
throughout the United States and internationally.
He is published in Yoga Journal, IDEA Today, Shape and Fitness magazines and can be seen in numerous exercise videos
and television appearances.
Robert was named as one of the top 100 personal trainers in America by Men's Journal Magazine and Allure Magazine.
Robert has a BA degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Maryland and is a gold
certified personal trainer and fitness instructor by ACE, AFAA and ACSM.
Workout Description
Robert has put together the ultimate cycling challenge.
HE HAS DESIGNED THIS DVD SO THAT YOU GET:
1. Cycling Workout - A ride consisting of multiple speed and resistance changes along with many form pointers for
the rode of your life.
2. Complete Total Body Workout using tubing, weights, resistaball, core stability moves and a medicine ball.
3. Workout Options - A combination of the different rides with the resistance training segments.
This new ride begins on the bike with a warm-up ride (15 min). Precise Speed Training Drills are next (15 min).
Options are then available to either continue cycling with a Super Strong Strength Ride (15 min), or get off the
bike and begin the Total Body Core Training (40 min). Complete the workout with a stretch, choosing an either on or
off the bike option (9 min).
